MGOS offers for Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Scandinavia the widest range of MIR-Sources for laser spectroscopy with Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL). These lasers are cheaper, more robust and compact than alternative OPO- or non-linear differential frequency Sources (DFG).


The spectral power Density is by orders of magnitude better as mercury salt laser. QCL work in the meantime at room temperature using peltier Elements. They do not need complicated cooling with e.g. liquid nitrogen anymore, but can be cooled with thermo electical elements.


Based on that we offer complete systems including driver electronics, gas cells or other accessories.
